Mrs. Shamela Bal-Maharaj is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and holder of a Master’s in Business Administration with Specialism in Finance with Distinction from Heriot-Watt University. Mrs. Bal-Maharaj brings with her over fourteen years’ experience in the financial services industry and has held senior leadership roles. She has executive responsibility for the finance, accounting and treasury functions of the Bank.
